As a missionary evangelist, God has given me the privilege to preach the gospel throughout Africa and around the world. No matter where I go or what crowd is before me, the basic content of my message is always the same – Jesus.

In the Bible, we find two remarkable testimonials about us, the disciples of Jesus. The Lord says that we are salt and light. That doesn’t mean we will become salt and light in the distant future, but that we are already salt and light, here and now. 

The Bible describes one of the most remarkable spiritual confrontations in history: Elijah’s encounter with Baal’s priests. Even for us today, this account is very dramatic to read. But what was Elijah really after?
