The Bible says that you have been “born again” into the family of God (John 3:7). God has given you a new heart. The old has passed away and everything is made new (2 Corinthians 5:17). You have been brought from death into life (John 5:24) and the life you have inherited is eternal, both in duration and in quality – because this is the abundant life that Christ gives, and it belongs to you now! (John 17:3, 10:10)
