NON-STOP MIRACLES! – VALENCIA, VENEZUELA – GOSPEL CAMPAIGN

Dear Mission Partners,

My heart is full to overflowing!

You would think we would get accustomed to miracles, since we see the most remarkable proofs of God’s healing power over and over again. But I have to tell you, what we are seeing in Venezuela is jaw-dropping, even for us!

The flood of miracles started before the first night. Our campaign organisers kept sharing amazing testimonies of instantaneous healings that happened as they taught and trained the local churches. And that hunger, that faith, were on full display during the campaign.

Lines and lines of people waiting to share their testimonies on stage, story after headline story – it felt like the miracles were non-stop both nights. There were so many, it’s hard for me to pick just a few.

This woman cried tears of joy as she told Evangelist Kolenda that she was born with a defect in her back and suffered with severe pain in her leg as a result. All her life, she could not bend over without pain. But on the second night, she received her healing, and demonstrated on stage that she could bend and straighten and walk with no pain at all. A lifetime of suffering, healed in a moment by Jesus!

Naïve (in the white top) was diagnosed just the day before the campaign started with a tumour on her ovary over half an inch wide. On Friday night, as someone prayed for her, she suddenly lost consciousness. In that moment, she says, she heard the Lord calling her. When she came to, she ran to the stage and eagerly shared that she believed she was healed. But the story doesn’t stop there! Immediately on Saturday morning, she went for a scan. She came back on Saturday night with the proof that the tumour had completely disappeared!

Imagine being deaf from birth, and only ever being able to understand others by reading their lips. That was this woman’s reality her entire life. On Friday night, she followed the sermon as best she could by lipreading. But on Saturday, the Lord rewarded her faith, completely opening both of her ears! From silence to joyful praise, in Jesus’ name!

Gustavo was confined to a wheelchair for three weeks before he came to the campaign, unable to walk by himself at all. But Jesus healed him during the prayer for the sick. Not only did he leave his wheelchair behind and run across the stage, he also demonstrated that he can kneel and get up again! He was overcome with emotion as he gave Jesus the glory.

Isn’t this glorious? We are so full of gratitude to the Lord. But we barely have time to catch our breath. In a few days, I am on my way to Calabar, Nigeria for the final CfaN campaign of the year. We are expecting a massive outpouring from God in that city – I’ll soon be sharing from there.

And wait until you hear what happened in Mae Sot, Thailand this same weekend!

Please keep praying for us. And please ask the Lord about becoming a CfaN Monthly Ministry Partner. You have a crucial role to play in what God is doing and we need you by our side!

Together with you for the harvest,

WHAT A NIGHT! - VALENCIA, VENEZUELA - GOSPEL CAMPAIGN

Dear Mission Partners,

What a night!

Tonight (October 30th), was my first time ever preaching in Venezuela. I’ve so been looking forward to this! It’s only been a few months since the Lord showed us that the door to Venezuela was swinging open, and this first-ever CfaN campaign here has come together remarkably quickly. At every step, we’ve seen confirmation that this is God’s timing for Venezuela.

This country has been in the news cycle so much recently, but I can tell you there’s an even bigger story playing out in front of our eyes right now. It’s bigger than politics or disasters or economics. It’s the story of God’s plans for the people of Venezuela, plans to prosper them, to give them hope and a future. And that hope is Jesus.

So, what a joy to see the crowd, and to know that we get to play a part in God’s plan, right here, right now!

We thank God that we have been able to move quickly to seize this open-door opportunity in Venezuela. We’ve been able to do the same in Thailand, and we can already see other doors around the world beginning to open. We see Cuba, Russia, China… and so many others. When the time comes, we want to be on the starting block, ready to run!

Committed monthly giving is what makes it possible for us to be quick to answer the call. I want to encourage you today to partner with us for the sake of the gospel, in whatever measure the Lord puts on your heart. The time is short, and the harvest is ripe.

God is moving in Venezuela!

Together with you for the harvest,
